Scaled the team across R&D, engineering, product and GTM — from inception to live customers in healthcare and legal. Secured funding from top-tier VCs, angels and grants. Official ETH Zurich spin-off.

    Senior Customer Delivery Architect — Data, Analytics & AI/ML · Amazon Web Services (Professional Services), Zurich

    Led and delivered $80M+ of architectural designs on AWS, end-to-end from pre-sales to delivery. Key member of the AWS GenAI Go-To-Market rollout, helping enterprise customers stand up their GenAI strategy and capabilities. Built deep VP/C-level relationships across HCLS, Manufacturing, Automotive, HighTech, Financial Services and Energy. Single-threaded leader on cross-functional programs.

    Director — Data Analytics, Innovation & Product Lead, Internal Audit · Credit Suisse AG, Zurich

    Built and led an industry-leading, award-winning Data Analytics & Data Science team across Switzerland and Poland. Transformed Audit, Compliance and Risk into an insights-driven business using ML, NLP, RPA and Process Mining on Cloudera, AWS and Palantir. Assessed the bank's Data Governance, Quality, Architecture and Privacy posture — including AI Ethics and Robotics Behaviour. Mentored start-ups via the CS Innovation Lab.

    Vice President — Data Analytics Lead, Internal Audit · Nomura, London

    Built Nomura's Global Internal Audit data analytics capability. Audited the BCBS239 compliance programme and reported on coverage and efficiency of the BCBS239 principles.

    Manager — Forensic Technology Specialist · PwC, London

    Led high-profile forensic technology engagements across London, Prague, Almaty and Geneva. Forensic data capture, eDiscovery/eDisclosure, analytics and information governance for investigations, litigation, crisis response and compliance. Stack: Tableau, MSSQL, Oracle, Sybase, DB2, SAS, ETL, EnCase, Relativity, iConect.

  6. 2014 — 2015

    Data Quality & Analytics Lead — Ebola Pandemic Response · World Health Organization, Geneva

    Ran data quality and analytics on the WHO Ebola response. Worked with epidemiologists on patient and geographic data to inform Africa-wide pandemic decisions.

    Forensic Data Analytics Lead — Lehman Brothers Administration · PwC / Court-appointed

    Led forensic data analytics on the largest global bankruptcy in history. Supported litigation, regulatory investigations (FSA/FCA, SFO) and data delivery for the BarCap settlement.

    Lead — UK High Court Multibillion-Dollar Fraud Case · PwC

    Managed data capture and disclosure in a multibillion-dollar fraud case. Worked with legal teams to analyse TBs of data and support asset recovery for a former head of state.

    Developer / Researcher / Pen Tester · ViewMy.tv (Tech Start-up), London

    Early-stage video platform (YouTube-style). Built media-rich products, monetised channels via ad and rebate programs, set up IDS/IPS/firewalls and ran penetration testing (SQL injection, brute force).
